Brewer by passion
Formerly a grand touring coach driver, I had the opportunity to travel around Europe and during breaks to taste the local beers of the countries visited.
Following a professional retraining, we left with my wife Laurence the world of camping for 12 years.
It had been a long time since the desire to brew crossed my head, it materialized in 2014 when we created our craft brewery in Sainte Mère Eglise.
In order to train myself in complex brewing techniques and process control, I trained at the University of La Rochelle where I obtained my DU as a brewer.
